I am here to share that LLC Filings do not have to be difficult or expensive.
Kaleigh walks you step-by-step through filing your Arizona LLC paperwork, publishing your articles, as well as obtaining you IRS Employer ID Number (EIN).
Things you'll need before you meet with Kaleigh: A selected LLC name, your social security number (for EIN application), $85 corporation commission filing fees (this needs to be a card payment) and $40 publication fee (also a card payment).
