Kaleigh Williams is an Organizational Development Specialist with over 10 years of
experience in engaging, managing, and leading employees. Her specialties include full
scope Human Resources (HR), small to medium size business development, employee
engagement, human behaviors in the workplace, and organizational change. Ms. Williams
spent most of her early career in the restaurant business, an extremely high turnover
industry, which is where she gained her passion for helping organizations and leaders with
strategy to manage, retain and engage their talent. Kaleigh has spent time working in a
variety of other industries as well to include, financial services, educational institutions, call centers, insurance companies, non-profit organizations, and retail.
In 2012, Ms. Williams took her passion for helping others, her organizational development
and HR skills and opened a consultancy where she provides small and medium size
businesses with strategy and support in both operations and human capital. Through this
work, she was introduced to Predictive Index and, in 2016 and was certified as a Predictive Index Analyst. Later she was also certified as a Predictive Index Master Trainer. In 2018, Kaleigh partnered with Dr. Lori Wieters to open a business collaboratory called
Wi2 Co-Lab. Between both companies, she invests the majority of her time helping her clients with all aspects of their businesses. Kaleigh also supports the Predictive Index Partner, HumanLytics, as the Director of Learning and Athena Valley of the Sun as a
mentor and certified facilitator. In her spare time, she enjoys being a Mom to her four wonderful children and teaching spiritual healing classes like yoga and sound healing.
